We always stop here on the way to Yerevan from Georgia. Cozy vibe, quiet, spotless. Separate kitchen, little outdoor patio for BBQ, a small playroom. Shops and downtown are a short walk.

Spotlessly clean, cozy, lovely garden. Room was roomy, tidy, with private bath. Quiet, slept well. Host was friendly and helpful. 5 minutes to downtown. Highly recommend.
