Tempat tidur 9/10 · disebut oleh 21 tamu
Comfort, quiet, décor, value for money, cleanliness, the 10 rating is deserved.
“Bel emplacement”
The location is close to the city centre. The bedroom décor and the bathroom. Air‑conditioning. The conviviality board with tea and coffee. The key‑pickup instructions are very simple. The lack of parking on the premises, even though the plot would allow it, is an issue, but there is a public parking nearby. To avoid being seen by other occupants, we didn’t open the curtains because the room faces a common area. There is no second towel per person.
Parking was a 300‑meter walk away, and a nicer setup could have been in the garden instead; it was a shame, especially since the parking lot had thugs trying to extort money for two consecutive days.
“Un hébergement de qualité ave plusieurs "mais"”
The room is large and comfortable, as is the shower. Materials and décor are high quality. Access is via a key box, and the host just says hello when we arrive. But there are several not‑great points, in order of “not top”: 1/ no soap or shampoo provided, which is a bit of a shame given the overall level of service. The listing didn’t mention a personal hygiene kit, and there’s no linen, even though sheets and towels are supplied. In France, providing soap and shampoo for a nightly stay is just a standard. 2/ after booking, although it’s not mentioned in the listing, the arrival instructions read: “This apartment is self‑managed and requires everyone to respect the rules, so please clean before you leave; you’ll find the necessary supplies in the gym.” If I’d known this beforehand I wouldn’t have booked, and it still raises questions about how cleaning is handled in this place: just a quick sponge wipe in the bathroom between stays? 3/ as noted in other comments, there are two small dogs roaming in the garden, which are a real nuisance: they bark a lot, and less than five minutes after we arrived one of them urinated on our bikes. In the morning, at departure, more barking, impossible to leave luggage outside the room without risking them urinating on it. The neighbors must have appreciated our departure around 7:30 am as a wake‑up call. In short, the accommodation is good but there are a lot of “but’s”.
The spot was almost central and very quiet, but it felt a bit anonymous and I never met the hostess; everything was self‑check‑in.
