“Rooms were good, staff poorly trained”

Clean and beds were comfy. Upon checking we were given a room that was already occupied. I had requested 2 queen beds, the reassigned room was a king with a sofa bed, not impressed but too tired to go back down. Got some food from their little convenience area and that desk clerk couldn’t figure out the cost with a calculator and a phone so finally got tired of it and paid more than I should have and left. Also seeing a $20 charge on my credit card and not sure why

The staff at the front desk and the bistro were exceptional. I have a son with Down Syndrome who needs to be near me. I made the mistake of booking the hotel through bookings.com and reserved 2 rooms. I asked for a King and 2 Queens with adjoining rooms. Nobody reached out to tell me the hotel did not have that setup and they had no availability with any adjoining rooms. Why would you have 2 separate King rooms adjoining in your hotel. This was not a family friendly hotel

The room was spotless, the location was great, and the staff were friendly; the outdoor patio was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The price felt steep, especially since breakfast wasn’t included.
