I was thoroughly unimpressed with my recent stay at this hotel, which was a far cry from the pleasant experience I had five years ago. Unfortunately, the hotel has declined significantly, and it's now a subpar establishment that fails to meet even the most basic expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's overall lack of quality, which was evident in everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the behavior of the staff.

“Miserable”

I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as the photos made it look much better than it actually was. The room itself was quite bland and made me feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the latch to the double-glazed window was missing, which meant I couldn't shut it properly and was kept awake by the street noise, especially the barking dogs. I ended up checking out and staying at a nearby hotel called Le Roi Express, which was much better value for money.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They failed to provide the promised buffet breakfast, and the washrooms were not clean. The bed sheets and towels were also not fresh, which made our stay even more unpleasant.
