The newly renovated rooms are nice and the location is very good. The bathroom was not working; after showering the room flooded because the drainage failed, so we could only use the bathtub. The staff didn’t respond. Room service was poor in quality and didn’t deliver the correct order, with no apology or reaction. Breakfast was okay, not great.

The team was very professional and attentive to the client; the breakfast was simple and hearty. I left my laptop at the hotel and it was returned to me in a few days—an admirable staff responsiveness. The room was immaculate. Some work was ongoing, but it wasn’t disruptive; we stayed very well.

The location was great, but the shower water didn’t flow properly. I couldn’t turn off the light in the dressing room near the bed, and the staff never addressed it. The housekeeper tried to enter two hours before checkout.
