The location was perfect and the place was very pleasant, and the staff were friendly; the décor felt a bit dated, especially the carpet.

The location was close to the forest entrance, and I slept well—perhaps thanks to the good pillows and mattress—and I enjoyed the stay; everything was filthy, and the lobby and bar had been renovated, losing the historic charm they once had; overall, more care and attention to service and décor would make it a great spot.

The location, décor, and vintage furnishings felt like my grandparents' home, and the staff were friendly; the breakfast was minimal, far less substantial than a budget chain (no scrambled eggs, no hot foods, no bottled water, no cakes or pastries) for a steep price of 21 € that wasn’t justified.
