The location is exceptional in the heart of Saint‑Germain‑des‑Près, and the staff are very attentive. Unfortunately, the elevator is tiny and the washbasin access is extremely small.

“Ubicación excepcional.”

The spot is amazing and the staff are super friendly. For a five‑day stay the room feels tight, but if you’re out all day it’s fine; if you need to work on any of those days, it’s uncomfortable.

“Gostei da localização, mas o hotel deixou a desejar.”

The location is definitely the biggest draw of the hotel, letting you walk to many spots. The elevator was broken from the moment we arrived until we left, and we were stuck on the 5th floor; lugging luggage up and down every day was a hassle. We asked for a lower‑floor room, but the front desk said none were available. The hotel isn’t accessible, everything feels cramped, and the stairs are uneven.

“They don’t care”

The spa was more of a warm pool than a hot tub. It wasn’t ready when I checked in, there was no “do not disturb” sign so I asked for one and never got it, and my room was entered without permission. The air conditioner was turned off because they thought it was cool enough, but it was on the 5th floor above the elevator and it was too warm to sleep; they said they wouldn’t turn it on for one customer, showing a lack of care for my comfort, which is what a hotel should provide.

The décor is nice and having a coffee maker in the room is a plus. The elevator, room, and especially the bathroom space are too small.
