The farm was gorgeous, but the mattress was worn and the carpet was filthy, plus the water pressure was low.

The location, staff, and breakfast were fine, but the hotel was dated, the beds worn, the carpets dirty, drawers unclean, and the bulbs too dim.

The room was very nice, a bit away from the main house with a view of a small lake, so it was very quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and attentive. There are little touches, like a board in the room or a sign on the breakfast plate, that bring a smile to your face. The on‑site pizzeria is also very tasty. The garden chair cushions were a bit dusty, but that’s a high‑level complaint.
