“Muy recomendable”

Our stay at Casa Morera was wonderful. It’s the perfect spot for anyone wanting to disconnect from the daily grind, enjoy peace, and reconnect with family. The house, a lovely 18th‑century historic building that used to be Fuencaliente’s first town hall, has a unique charm and has been restored with great taste while preserving its essence. We were four people and felt very comfortable. The house offers spectacular views, a beautiful garden to relax and enjoy silence, and very cozy spaces. It also seemed ideal for families with children, who can enjoy the surroundings in complete tranquility. Though it’s on the outskirts, that very location makes it a perfect place to rest and enjoy nature without giving up nearby necessary services. We also want to highlight the excellent value for money. Given the beauty, history, setting, and peace it offers, we believe it’s well worth it. We would definitely choose Casa Morera again and recommend it to anyone who wants to discover southern La Palma from a charming, historic, and peaceful accommodation.

The house is superb and authentic; we felt very comfortable. Its location is great for exploring the island and staying quiet in the evenings. It has all the necessary equipment: oven, BBQ, washing machine. Nothing negative.

The house is amazing! The wooden construction is impressive and feels really cozy. It also had everything you need for a lovely week. A beautiful garden helps you relax and it’s a great spot to watch the ocean sunset. The owners are very friendly and helpful. All of our requests were handled promptly and the self‑check‑in was really smooth. I want to mention the water pressure and temperature in the shower, which were amazing. I’m a bit particular about pillows—many rented houses and apartments provide horrible pillows—but here it’s not the case: you get to choose from three high‑quality pillows of different firmness levels, so you’ll surely rest well. The bed mattress is also very comfortable. I’d definitely stay again at Casa Morera. Thank you!

“Besser geht's nicht!”

The house looks even more beautiful than the photos show. The upper terrace offers a stunning view, ideal for soaking up the morning sun. Parking is available right in the courtyard, protected by a large wooden roll‑gate that opens and closes electronically. We were welcomed with sparkling wine and sweets, very kind! The outdoor area with the garden is huge, and the old trees attract plenty of birds that chirp all day. The accommodation is very spacious, fully furnished, and the sunset view from the garden is magnificent. Surprisingly, the house provides cleaning supplies, dish soap, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and liquid soap—things you don't usually find in many holiday rentals. There were plenty of fragrant towels, sponges, and dishcloths for drying dishes. A storage cupboard even had spare light bulbs in case one burns out. In the upper bedroom, two fresh bathrobes hung in a wardrobe that we were allowed to use, which was fantastic! The hosts were very friendly (communication best in Spanish) and responded quickly to phone inquiries. I've stayed in many holiday homes, but this one is absolutely PERFECT for us.
