The accommodation sits in a beautiful spot overlooking the Tuscan hills. Just let the very friendly Katiuscia know if you want breakfast the next day—either with sausage (a few euros more) or with jam—and she whips up a truly good, hearty breakfast. It might be a bit off from the usual. The nearest restaurant is about 2 km away, the next one lies toward Volterra. Unfortunately the goat is gone, the donkey was to blame 😌

“Relax accompagnato da ottima colazione!”

The agriturismo is set in a secluded place surrounded by greenery. The outdoor area has tables, swings and playgrounds, perfect for enjoying the evening breeze. The apartment is equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast, paid on site with an extra 5 € for sweet and 8 € for savory, is definitely worth the price for the quantity and especially the quality of the products, from homemade sweets and biscuits to excellent cold cuts. The place is a few minutes by car from both Volterra and San Giminiano. In the bathroom the shower curtain is missing, which makes it a bit tricky (but not impossible) to avoid flooding the floor. Nevertheless the bathroom is large and therefore comfortable. The access road to the agriturismo is unpaved, but easily traversable by any car.

“Tranquillità e colazione ottima!”

The place is really nice, with a very beautiful view and absolute tranquility. The bathroom sink was a bit awkward, drained slowly and was not very hygienic.

My family and I spent a couple of days a few days ago, the owner and her lovely daughter were super hospitable, the apartment was spotless with an exceptional view… I recommend the savory breakfast, 8 € per person… good value.
