The staff were very friendly, the hotel was spotless, and getting to the main center was easy. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the milk powder packs were outdated.

Check‑in was quick, the elevator efficient, rooms clean with good amenities, a comfy mattress, and the bathroom had hot and cold water. The room door was highly secure and the railway station is only 500 m away. Each guest received just one 500 ml water bottle, which is too little; one liter per person for an overnight stay would be better.

Modern elevator, clean rooms, fresh linen, AC in good condition, clean bathroom, clean corridor. I booked the hotel room in the morning around 9.00 am, but the hotel did not receive the booking when I checked in at 2.30pm. The booking clerk was checking frantically even after I showed him the booking on my phone app. Request to send booking info instantly
