“Highly misleading property - not recommended for families”

Only the weather was decent. The property is wildly misleading: it looks nothing like the online photos, which promised a natural, peaceful wooden setting. Instead, it’s mostly cemented and under construction, with buildings filling most of the land. There’s no proper parking, and reaching the road requires a steep, exhausting climb that’s unsafe for elderly or mobility‑impaired guests. Staff seemed helpless and couldn’t fix problems. The room heater failed, the toilet was cramped, and the water heater didn’t work, leaving us with cold water. The place is poorly maintained, falsely advertised, and not worth the money; avoid it.

“Unique stay and 100% value for money”

The A‑Frame was very clean, the bathroom neat, the balcony small but cute, and hot water was available 24 hours. Superfast WiFi and free Netflix made evening chill‑outs great, offering excellent value. The stay is on a foothill, so accessing the road means climbing about seven flights of stairs—plan for that. Parking is roadside; when I asked for bike parking, I was given a covered balcony spot, a nice gesture from owner Chandrashekar. It suits solo travelers and groups, and families who can handle the stairs. The owner says parking will be improved in two months to avoid the steep descent.

“Worst behavior and nobody lifting calls and no body will take care... Better to no take this rooms.”

I booked two double rooms but only got one single, and the staff were terrible. No caretaker, no water, no food, and the room itself was awful—nearly 100 steps to reach it.
