Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Excellent view, I travel with my mom so it is a relief that we get a room on ground floor. The Morrocan pool and the gazebo were just few steps away from our room, and Biru Biru cafe is just next door. The room is comfortable for 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children). Love that the room has bath tub too. All staff helpful to show where to park the car and during check-in. Just hope that there will be notice that the entryway is two way. We thought it is a one-way

We received an unexpected upgrade to an even bigger room than we’d expected, complete with a small fridge, balcony, and a spot right next to the beautiful pool – the dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the morning coffee at the breakfast bar was tasty; it’s a bit far from George Town’s center, but Grab rides were always affordable and convenient, so that wasn’t an issue.

The seaside location is nice even though you can’t reach the sand; the water is dirty, but the view is decent. You’re forced to eat at their overpriced restaurant with no nearby alternatives. The top rooms have a bat smell, and I started coughing after a couple of nights.
