I had a nightmare stay: the mattress was uncomfortable, the fans were broken, there was no proper water in the bathrooms, and the staff acted arrogantly. The property felt like a “BHOOT BANGLOW,” which is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing for a Super O Collection hotel. I’m going to file a complaint in consumer court because the images and reality are so different.

The hotel facilities were a letdown: the TV didn’t work, the AC was faulty, and the Wi‑Fi was as slow as 2G/3G. The tap and basic amenities were also non‑functional. The room and bathroom were dirty, and the linens were poorly maintained, showing a very low hygiene standard. I booked for three days but had to leave a day early because of these problems. It was uncomfortable to stay here, and the hotel charged extra money at check‑in beyond what was shown on the booking app. I don’t recommend this place.

I was turned away in the middle of the night even though I showed my reservation; they refused to help and left me on the street. Clearly they don’t accept foreigners. This is unacceptable and needs serious checks on their listings.
