I was still in the remodeling stages, I guess, a huge motel and no guests.

I think the staff were very nice and understanding, doing the best they could, but the state of this place is hard to work with. My family, staying in multiple rooms, faced many issues that forced us to leave and find somewhere else: bed bugs, cigarette and weed smoke in non-smoking rooms from a long-term tenant, stained sheets, towels, beds, curtains—overall gross and unhygienic.

We liked the bed. Our door lock messed up, and they were quick to fix the problem. I was upset because the breakfast was not what was promised, the TV didn’t work, and the water was too hot.

The room was okay. Breakfast was listed as being provided from 06:00 to 09:30, but when I went to check out and have breakfast at 06:10 the entry doors were locked and no personnel were available to help or serve me—a terrible let down!
