The front desk clerk was really friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Unfortunately, the overall service was a bit hit‑or‑miss and didn’t live up to that first‑impression. I left wishing the rest of the staff were as courteous as the receptionist.

I liked that the hotel had its own parking lot – it saved me a lot of hassle. The downside was an extra fee that showed up on the bill without any heads‑up, so I couldn’t decide whether I wanted it or not. A little more transparency would have made it perfect.
