“Do not recommend anymore...”

The location was convenient for my weekend plans, but the staff tried to charge me again after I had already paid, insisting I call to confirm, so I did. The TVs stayed broken the whole weekend despite me mentioning it several times. The cleaning crew never actually cleaned the room, leaving their supplies scattered around, and there were many other issues. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been great—this price point just failed miserably.

“We had a suite. It was clean and nice”

Everything else was fine, but the breakfast was the absolute worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The coffee tasted like “mud water,” and at least they offered cold cereal.

“My dad loved and trusted the Marriott name. He would be saddened to see how downhill it has become”

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The main reason I booked it was for the indoor pool, but upon arrival, I was told it was closed due to low occupancy, which seemed ironic considering they claimed it was 80% full. To make matters worse, they refused to offer an upgrade or refund, stating that the pool was not guaranteed. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

“Being was great using was not. They dodnt send over everything to the hotel and then couldn’t get a hold of”

While I was impressed with the property itself, my stay was marred by a horrific parking experience. The inconvenience was the only thing that ruined what could have been a pleasant stay.

My suite was comfortable, but a bit cramped for a suite accommodation. However, the real letdown was the breakfast, which was a major disappointment. The options were unimpressive, with instant oatmeal in envelopes, manufactured egg fritattas, and stale bakery items. Needless to say, I skipped breakfast and opted for a great local eatery instead.
