“Terrible place. Don’t stay here it should be closed down”
Nothing – it was all terrible. I have never stayed in such a disgusting, dirty, and bad place. We didn’t expect much from reading the previous reviews and thought it couldn’t be too bad, but it definitely was. The place needs to be shut down! When we checked in the room wasn’t ready, so we didn’t really look at it – we put our bags on the bed and went out. When we came back a few hours later we found that they hadn’t locked the door and our room was open with the bags inside. Luckily our bags were locked and okay. When we checked in they told us the internet was broken – there was no internet in any area of the hotel. I wish we had left then. The rooms are in a house behind the shop on Main Street – we realized when we checked out that the street door is left open overnight – not safe for solo travellers. The room was really very dirty, not just a little. I don’t think anything has been cleaned in years. The bed sheets were stained with blood and other stuff. The mattress was ripped and the bed head was very old and dirty. The windows were dirty and broken. There was one outlet in the room – 1 metre off the floor. There was no basin in the bathroom, so no way to brush teeth or shave. There was no paper for the toilet; the staff told me it was finished. I had to argue for them to go out and buy some. They advertise free toiletries but only supply hand soap. There was no mirror in the bathroom. The walls were stained with dirty marks everywhere. Three of the walls were just thin wood with no noise insulation at all – it was noisy. The curtains were ripped and dirty. There was no mosquito net or fan. The terrace advertised had broken bricks, wood, and a broken toilet on it. They also use that area for the laundry, so it’s not good for sitting outside. There are some weird seating areas downstairs but they are surrounded with junk, and the kitchen and water dispenser were too dirty to use. If I could give this place a minus 5 I would. It was by far the worst place I have ever stayed.
The location… staff were friendly, especially the young woman at reception. I had to ask for a towel (questionable), soap, and even water for the shower after the walk.

The place was in a good spot and the staff were friendly, but everything was filthy and messed up, and on the second day there was no water, not even cold.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was not very clean or hygienic. Lots of sand on the floor by the bed and in the bathroom, many hairs from the previous visitor. There was also mold on the walls and the ceiling in the bathroom.
The location is excellent, and the room is a good size with a table and chairs. You can also reserve transportation there. The room lacks a sink, and it isn't the cleanest place
