Our butler, Ercel, was excellent. He was available 24/7 for all our needs. My adult children loved him. He set up the fireplace every morning, prepared their breakfast with an excellent private chef, answered all their questions, and really made the trip more enjoyable beyond the beauty and comfort of the chalet. Nothing at all was wrong—perfect trip.

Location and rooms were good. The exterior condition of the hotel was lacking.

A luxurious hotel with direct access to the pistes, but the drinks and extras are priced disproportionately high.

The resort is an ideal skiing destination, and I was especially impressed by the wide range of food options; the trainers were professional, friendly, and engaging, making the overall experience wonderful, though the skiing session prices are higher than average even compared to other luxury resorts.

Everything was amazing and the kids loved it; Edip was very helpful and professional, but the food and drink were overpriced and the skiing prices were too expensive.
