“A three star hotel that needs a little tlc.”

The bed was very comfortable and the lobby area was nice, with staff who were very pleasant and the street was quiet. However, the property needs some touch‑ups, like a broken mirror, peeling paint, glass on the bathtub to prevent floods, and replacing bulbs.

“The location, so close to the Gare du Nord and the Canal Saint Denis was wonderful. quiet street!”

The staff went above and beyond, helping with print items, confirming metro connections, and finding a missing pillow, which reflects well on the hotel’s management; however, a persistent loud noise from the air conditioner kept us awake, though it didn’t alter our overall impression.

Front‑desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room turned out larger and more comfortable than expected, and the location was convenient with many restaurants and easy access to metro lines toward the city center, though the airport was less accessible; we skipped breakfast because it seemed a bit pricey.

“Paris paris”

The décor feels a bit odd but the air conditioning is superb and the rooms are very spacious; the hotel is farther from the sights we wanted to see and sits more centrally, so we had to take Ubers to the tower or Champs‑Élysées, and at night I felt uneasy walking alone even though they assured us it was safe—there are restaurants a few blocks away but the street feels somewhat lonely.
