“There are many other good option in Munsyari, this could only ve your last resort”

The view from the property was good and the only positive point about the place. Apart from the property, the reception guy was humble, polite and helpful. There was no kitchen on the property, no RO machine, the room had cockroaches roaming, no fan in the rooms, and during the day it became hard to stay inside the room. It was not worth the price.

Terrible because they take money beforehand seeing the property… if something is wrong… the pre‑booking amount is lost. Bad.

The room itself was excellent, with a wooden interior that was quite pleasing. The view from the windows is magnificent. Zero catering.

“Rude behaviour. Poor facility. No cooperation”

The view was great, but the hospitality was awful and the listing was vague. The place advertised a common washroom but didn’t state that there was only one shared between rooms and dorms, and it sat two floors below. When we politely asked to cancel under the booking policy, the owner snapped back aggressively and accused us of trying to ruin the property’s reputation. We eventually got a refund, but a one‑day deduction was applied per policy, which we accepted. Still, the treatment was disappointing, and at similar rates there are better options with clearer listings and more professional service.
