The staff were a real letdown – the receptionist had no basic manners, and the lift felt unsafe. They brag about “international level” service, but it was nowhere near that. The rooms weren’t clean or comfortable enough, and overall it was a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I found nothing that met international standards here. The room and overall service were so bad that it couldn’t even be considered a star‑rated hotel.

This place was the worst. They treated me, a disabled guest, with inhumane disrespect, demanded extra fees, and the room was sub‑standard. The staff didn’t serve unless tipped, and the sheets were filthy. Seriously, get out of this hotel.

Everything was fine – the reception staff were friendly and the location was close to the metro.

There was no breakfast offered, and the rooms that were advertised online were nowhere to be found. The actual rooms were in a dilapidated state.
