The bungalow was very pleasant, situated near a pond in the middle of nature. It’s very relaxing. Located in the heart of Périgord Vert, it’s close to must‑see places like Brantôme, Périgueux, the valley of the Isle…

The property sits by a small lake, and the owners were nearby to greet us. They handled every issue smoothly and had stocked the house with everything needed, plus a separate BBQ and a utility room for longer stays. We enjoyed a very peaceful time with herons fishing on the lake, while still being close to local towns and attractions. The large patio overlooking the private lake had no neighbours, making it perfect for dogs with plenty of grass and fields to roam. It could use a more organized cutlery, crockery, and pan storage, and fans in the bedrooms. Otherwise it was very well equipped.
