Location, parking, cleanliness were good. We didn’t expect the hotel to stay loud until midnight with a private party in the restaurant; we wanted at least a quiet night after 10 pm, not a 24‑hour club. Breakfast lacked variety and fruit. It’s odd for a four‑star hotel not to have a hair dryer in the bathroom. The room had a thermos and coffee but no tea—some guests don’t drink coffee.

We had two nights at Hotel Kentavar with wildly different experiences. First night (2/5 stars): we got a cramped room with a poorly designed wet‑room bathroom—shower head on the wall, drain in the middle of the floor, no screen, curtain or glass partition, so showering flooded the floor. No basic toiletries were provided and the room was cold; even with the thermostat set to 25 °C the heating never exceeded 22.5 °C. Breakfast the next morning was strictly à la carte and very limited: only three omelet options (cheese, yellow cheese, ham) plus a coffee machine and juice dispenser. Second night (4/5 stars): after we raised the issues, the staff moved us to a much better room that was spacious, well‑furnished, and had a large bathroom with a hydro‑massage tub and a walk‑in shower cabin. The heating problem remained—temperature stayed around 22–23 °C regardless of settings, still feeling cold overnight. On Sunday morning breakfast switched to a buffet; it was modest but more varied and better than the first morning. Overall, a mixed experience: management resolved the initial complaints with an upgrade, but the recurring heating issue and the stark contrast in room quality and breakfast service make it hard to rate definitively.

The pool was clean, the room was quiet and the sound‑proofing was superb, and the bathroom and toilet amenities were up to standard. The only issue was a broken toothbrush holder, a very minor detail that hardly mattered.
