I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but when I arrived, I found out it was closed - what a disaster! I couldn't get a room, and now I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund. The communication with the booking platform was pretty poor, and the hotel didn't seem to have a working phone number.
The hotel was shut down when I got there, and now I just want my money back. Not exactly the best start to a trip. Hopefully, I can get a refund sorted out soon.
