Avoid this place! I would not recommend it if you want a pleasant stay. I chose the location based on reviews, still amazed how they managed to get positive reviews in the past. Upon arrival, no one was there, no prior notification. After several calls, the owner answered and told us where to get the key. In the room, it was a mess! The bed sheet was torn, towels from previous guests still in the bathroom, trash bags half‑filled, no soap or shower gel. Eventually the owner came, admitted the mistake regarding the room’s condition, switched rooms, brought shower gel, and the next day provided soap. The bed in the new room had a heavy blanket like before, no pillows mentioned! Then the owner was rarely seen around the pension. We were the only guests. Luckily we didn’t need anything, no one to ask. About the kitchen: the liquid detergent was finished, the sponge unchanged, a closed smell from the space. The kitchen and microwave oven had visible marks from previous users. In an area offering accommodation with prices for all budgets (we recommend looking for on‑site lodging), I firmly state it is not a fair price‑quality offer. The price is over‑stated for what you receive! Better quality can be found for less, but the offers aren’t listed on booking. In conclusion, what is shown on booking does not reflect reality in this case.

Excellent accommodation, maximum comfort and wonderful hosts. The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. The owners were very nice and provided everything we needed. The location also has a restaurant serving various dishes that satisfy even the most demanding guests. It’s very close to the entrance of the reservation and the mountain trails we enjoyed fully during the few days we stayed there. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return! Everything was superb!

The location is brilliant, the owners absolutely exceptional. Unfortunately the bathroom was a bit messy; when you showered, water splashed everywhere because there was no silicone sealing the shower cabin to the floor.
