I appreciated the free morning shuttle to Kansai Airport. However, even though the lobby staff saw me struggling with heavy luggage, nobody offered to hold the door open for me.

The hotel’s location is convenient for an early departure from the airport, helping avoid the stress of a hectic city commute. They offer free drop‑off at the airport upon request, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that breakfast was missing during our stay.

The rate was reasonable and the hotel was clean, which was perfect for visiting family who live far away; I’ll definitely book again. The air‑conditioner was mounted at the head of the bed and made the room extremely dry, so I had to wear a mask to sleep—people with delicate health might find the dryness irritating to their throats.
