The beds were comfy, the breakfast decent, and the staff helpful, but the TV selection was limited; they mentioned an upgrade coming in January or February.

“Avoid this place unless it’s a pinch.”

The location was fine and the sheets were clean, but I was double‑charged—first by the booking site, then at the front desk. They wouldn’t let me check in until I paid again, even after showing the booking receipt. It took 8 days to receive my refund.

The cherokee mountain inn was nice , comfortable beds like the purple in the carpet , my favorite color. The staff was nice.The only problem I had was we booked it on booking. com said the deposit would only be $50. And when we arrived, thankfully, I had the money in the account that woman that was running, it told me I had to put up a $192 deposit.\n We told her it was $50. She said she'd been doing that a long time. But I gave her my debit card to hold the deposit and of course, I left the room very clean and even made up the bed. I was in I had to take a separate hotel from my son because he had already booked another hotel and we couldn't find anything last minute That was affordable or not taken. This was at a decent price for that weekend. We got there had booked it the hold deposit was 50.00 it said hot there the older women was nice but made me put my card on file for alot more to hold it orcleanning fee or what ever it was but luckily I had it but was told it would be back on Monday check out but glad no money was taken out of my account or they took the hold off please dont take anything out ever please without my permission thanks all settled. The stay was nice

“If definitely stay here again. I’d recommend it to my family and friends.”

Getting there was easy, the rates were good, and the location was convenient for local events. The rooms seemed to be getting updated—fresh paint, new black‑out blinds—and the king suite was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel looked well maintained and clean, except for the bathroom, which appeared unclean.
