The setting lets you see the island from a charming village, with lovely people, a welcome gift of local produce, daily bread, and everything needed for breakfast. The village pool is a free 25‑meter saltwater pool just 20 m away, and no detail is missing. Nothing bothered me.

We were thrilled with our visit. Even though our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, we were met with a warm and friendly welcome. A little basket of local products was a lovely surprise, and being able to stay a bit longer on our departure day was much appreciated. Every detail in the accommodation is thoughtfully arranged and well equipped. The location right next to the public seawater pool couldn’t be better. We’d definitely return!

The manager and owner were super kind and welcoming; upon arrival they handed us a basket of local specialties and all the items for breakfast. The spot is very nice, facing the municipal pool with free access, and it’s pleasant to visit thanks to the staff’s friendliness and the residents’ hospitality. The town is small and a little far from the airport but in a picturesque area. It’s very convenient for heading out on whale‑watching trips from nearby Lajas do Pico.
