The facility exceeded our expectations. Beds and pillows were comfortable, rooms were clean and the right size. The owner prepared breakfast for us, and the farm has everything you need from a pool to an outdoor pizza oven, a well, a gazebo, and many cute animals in a beautiful hidden area close to the forest. It’s the perfect spot to stay with your family near Budapest in a countryside setting. We were thrilled to discover Malomdulo Farmhaz. – Beata Spelz

The surroundings are stunning and the hosts are incredibly friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and I would definitely come back.

“Beautiful place, friendly owners and a nice apartment. Difficult road access and no breakfast buffet.”

The property itself was very nice—spacious, green, peaceful, with animals, a small fountain, and a terrace; the apartment was clean and pleasant, and the owners were very friendly. Breakfast was nicely presented, though the selection was limited and it wasn’t a buffet—food was brought to the table, which felt less flexible, and it started late around 8:00, so we missed it once. The whole place and apartment were enjoyable. The biggest issue was the car access: the location feels remote, one of the roads Google Maps suggested was in very poor condition with deep tractor tracks and large holes that nearly damaged our car, and the other access road was also not great, so I’d think twice about driving there again. The Hollywood swing was in bad shape and didn’t look safe. Payment could only be made in cash or via SEPA transfer, which was unnecessarily complicated because we had to arrange it through online banking; a QR‑code for scanning would have been better, and manually filling it felt cumbersome.

From the moment we arrived, host David took great care of us, staying in constant contact and making sure everything was comfortable; the residence impressed with its beauty, tranquility and atmosphere, offering a true place to relax and recharge. A big highlight was the delicious breakfast David prepared, a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel even more special and showed his dedication to guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone seeking warm hospitality and a unique vibe.

The setting is very beautiful, calm, and peaceful, and there’s a trail that starts from here. The breakfast was very tasty.
