A forest setting, a lovely pool, and the option to use an outdoor kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave, and plates. The breakfast was very good and the hosts were extremely welcoming.

The place was spotless and the staff treated us really well, but it’s a bit out of the way if you want to be close to the main tourist spots.

We got a private pool and the Canadian owners—former editors of a fancy car magazine—made sure everything was spot‑on, giving the spot a luxe feel without being over the top. The only downside? It felt a little too “dope” for my taste.

The lodge was a hidden gem—quiet, safe, and perfect for watching sunrise and sunset from the tower, plus hammocks and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen made our days easy. The rooms stayed immaculate, the pool was relaxing, and the hosts were super helpful with tips, but we wished breakfast had more variety and a few extra towels in the room.
