The accommodation was beautiful, with a completely lovely room and a wonderful bed.

The restaurants and breakfast area were fantastic, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, creating a wonderful atmosphere. However, the staff behaved arrogantly upon arrival and were disrespectful.

The location was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent and everything fresh. The shower had a climb that should be a walk‑in, especially for elderly guests, and the hot and cold taps were reversed, nearly scalding me. The breakfast staff seemed inattentive – no orange‑juice refills, long wait to reorder coffee, and the waiter didn’t notice the neighboring table. Nobody helped me with my two XL luggage pieces at check‑out or when I was leaving, and these small lapses in attention shift an otherwise good stay to great.
