I stayed in a six‑person room that was clean and the bed felt fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though it was a shared room, there was a storage area where I could stash my suitcase, which was a relief. The website listed everything, and although there was no additional explanation, the staff were ready to answer any questions if I asked. I had to bring my own phone charger because none was provided.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.
