The owner and employees offered great customer service, making it feel like staying with family; the hospitality was amazing and I love it—there was nothing I didn’t like, it was an amazing stay and I’ll come back.
I asked for a downstairs room, but they had none and put me upstairs, where roaches were present and only one towel and washcloth were provided; after telling management they claimed a downstairs was available so I moved, but the door key was broken and I had to get a new one each time I returned; the remote didn’t work for the TV, the AC ran constantly, and I should have gotten a refund for that place—I’ll never stay there again.

The staff and owner were very kind and helpful; I loved staying there and would recommend it to anyone traveling—there was nothing I didn’t like, it was the best stay I’ve had and I’ll return.

I stayed in a room that was filthy, and the owners kept making excuses about the toilet and the city water, yet they still let me rent it. I fell ill and had to go to the hospital. To make matters worse, someone—workers—entered my room, stole all my food, and even used my shower. I reported it to the office and called the police, but no one came or did anything. My car was hit and the owners were indifferent, just offering excuses. DO NOT STAY HERE; the traffic at night is overwhelming. I have an open case because I got sick from staying here, and I only noticed all of this the next day. I’ve been to the office four times.
