The spot was perfect for our family of 5 with teenagers – spacious, spotless, and in a great location. The bathroom’s drying room was super handy. I’d definitely recommend it.

Loved that it had everything we needed and was close to everything - but outside of the tourist chaos. Nothing. I'd stay there again

The room was clean and quiet. It was near some of the main sights but a long way from others although very close to the underground. If the room had been like that shown at the top of this survey or in the information we saw when booling then we would have been much happier. The room we had was very disjointed. One bedroom contained the bed and nothing else as it was too small to fit anything else in. The main bedroom had a bed on a plinth for no known reason. The plinth was a tripping hazard rather than a benefit. There were no tea towels and although an iron was provided, there was no ironing board

Communication was great and very helpful. Booked last minute and all went smoothly :) Rooms are clean and all functional, happy!
