“Good location and nice staff, but you can hear the cars all night, so it was hard to sleep.”

The spot was convenient with private parking, yet the hotel sits beside a busy road and the traffic noise made it tough to sleep.

I loved how central it was for commuting, the staff were friendly and supportive, the food was fantastic, and we slept peacefully.

“In Ordnung, aber leider unter Mercure Standard.”

The hotel and room were nicely modern and in good condition, and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, the cleanliness was an issue: at first glance the room seemed clean, but later we found bundles of hair in the bathroom and under a chair—unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The breakfast had a good selection but was not restocked even after over an hour, and only filter coffee was available; at this price I expected other coffee specialties like cappuccino, which is now standard even in cheaper hotels.

“Excellent”

The staff were exceptional, the room and pool were great, and the meals were excellent. The only downside was that the TV wasn't connected to the internet, so I couldn't use the CART.
