The location and breakfast were good. The rooms were cramped, with no wardrobe or closet.

We spent four nights in El Nido and overall it was a solid stay. The hotel sits right near the town centre, so everything was within arm’s reach. Staff were on hand 24/7, always grinning and ready to help. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and we never ran into any water or power issues – everything ran smoothly. The only hiccup was that the advertised free Wi‑Fi didn’t work from our room, which was a bit inconvenient, and the sheets on the double bed felt more like single‑bed sheets, so the night’s comfort could have been better. Other than that, everything worked out nicely.

The hotel’s location in the town centre meant we had everything close by, and it wasn’t as pricey as some other options. The bathroom stayed clean, and breakfast was decent. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a room with a window and balcony at the same rate, whereas our previous room had none. They also supplied iron and a hairdryer when we asked. On the downside, the room was infested with bugs and ants; we had to buy bug spray and use it daily. There were no blankets, so we had to use the bedsheets we were given. The room was noisy, which is expected in a central location, and there was mold on the walls and roof. The AC took a while to cool the room, and none of the plug sockets worked.
