The staff were very rude; a complimentary beer that was promised at booking was denied when I asked for it during my stay, which was very disappointing and unprofessional. Manager Chander was just as rude as the rest of the staff. I will bring this to the consumer forum for service deficiency. I am a regular guest at various Marriott properties, so I did not expect this level of poor service.

Only the name and location stood out. Since I already stay at Marriott, I assumed this property would meet the same standards. Marriott is not a brand that cares for its customers, and this property does not deliver the same experience; it falls short of the mark.
