Hôte vraiment sympathique, accueillant et serviable. Petit-déjeuner varié avec pain frais du jour. Emplacement tout près de l’université et du jardin botanique. Nous étions un peu à l’étroit mais ce ne nous a pas posé de problème. Soyez conscient qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur

The hotel host was very nice and courteous. The hotel host was very nice and courteous. The breakfast was extremely meager, consisting of only a few basic items that ran out during our stay. The booking indicated that breakfast was included, and we expected a proper meal. The room was on an upper floor with no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Although the listing claimed there was designated parking, we actually had to park the car on the street, subject to availability. We planned to take the car for excursions outside the city, but ultimately decided against it because we were concerned we wouldn't find a parking spot when we returned. There were signs of mold in the shower, and the water pressure was weak. The floor on the level where the room is located is uneven. Upon arrival, we found food scraps left in the microwave—presumably from previous guests. In the bedroom, the bed was very small, and the mattress was uncomfortable (exacerbated by the overall slope of the floor). The bed was positioned under a low ceiling, which made moving around it difficult. Our stay was unpleasant and did not meet our expectations; therefore, I believe it is appropriate to request compensation or a refund
