I liked that it was close to the square and that there was an elevator. The morning staff treated me badly, didn’t give me the correct remote, didn’t inform me of breakfast time, etc.; at the end they wouldn’t store my luggage, claiming there was no space, but I later saw there was. My son vomited right at the entrance and the staff, disgusted, said we couldn’t throw the trash there, so I asked what to do and decided to take it myself.

The floor feels too cold for Cusco; it shouldn’t be made of porcelain. Other than that, everything’s fine. I think the location is actually very good and could be leveraged more to make the hotel more appealing—right now it’s quite basic and the finishes could be improved, especially a wooden floor would have been amazing for the hotel.

The location is great, but the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. What annoyed me most was that you can’t pay in dollars because the card reader doesn’t work. Paying in cash in dollars costs you a lot more than the real value of the dollar. I ended up paying over 5 dollars in total because of how chaotic they handle that.
