The spot is unbeatable—quiet, friendly staff, spotless rooms. The only downside was the backyard entrance looking a bit run‑down. I’ve been here for years and it used to be gorgeous.

I was surprised to see a charge for my stay even though I thought it was already on my card—felt a bit awkward. The carpet was filthy and gave me an allergic reaction, and the bathroom even leaked during my first shower. Breakfast was weak; the croissants were stale and the bread never seemed fresh.
