Everything I liked, the only thing was a slight drain smell at first but it went away later; the staff were super kind and everything else. Very peaceful. I liked it. The odd smell at the beginning was the only downside.

The hotel is very well structured, the staff is very welcoming, the breakfast was served very well every day I stayed. The accommodation is very close to bus stops and the metro, easy access to the El Edijo station and Universidad Central del Ecuador, and you can walk easily to the historic center, I did that several days in a row during my stay. Still near the hotel passes the bus line that goes halfway around the world, that line passes by the cable car.

The place was clean and customer service was good. We had chosen a room because the description listed certain services they offered, but when we were given the room none of those were present, we asked reception and they only said that Booking had made an error and that none of those applied. False advertising versus what they actually offer. They should have said before booking what is not included in the room.
