A short stroll to a lovely beach! The location was fantastic. Fabiana made us feel very welcome and the place was cozy

The location is very good! The host’s communication was excellent. A cute hotel‑room‑style accommodation. Quiet enough even though the train is not far away. The flat setting for Cinque Terre is great for heading home after a lot of steep walking. The host gave useful dinner tips and info about a community event during our stay. The shower feels a bit old and tired. Some steep steps could be hard for certain people

Staying in touch with host Alessandro who suggested where to have lunch and find a wine shop. No breakfast service; we bought groceries at the wine shop; there is a mini‑fridge. Alessandro arranged the taxi and helped with the luggage. Davide assisted with the luggage on the day we left. Both were very attentive

Apartment‑hotel excellently located, very close to both the paid and public beach. Hosted by the owners Davide and his wife, very kind and helpful. They were always there for the little things we needed. The room is spacious and comfortable. Clarification: because it’s an apartment‑hotel there’s no daily cleaning service, which wasn’t a problem for us. There’s no breakfast, but that wasn’t an issue either since a short walk along the promenade there’s a focaccia shop with very good and cheap breakfasts. The days we spent here were the holidays within our holidays. I would return every time. Another note: if you’re going to Cinque Terre, Monterroso al Mare is the place to stay
