Divine Hotel

There is loud music at the first floor of the Hotel which goes on until 11 pm. Also the rooms were not clean and had to ask them to be properly cleaned. Rooms are on the second floor and no lift. The staff behaved well, but everything else was fine except for the need to improve hygiene.
