“Excellent customer service. Kudo's to the front desk and housekeeping staff.”

The staff were excellent and customer service was spot on; the front desk and cleaners were friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was good, the area was very clean for an older hotel, and the mattress was very comfortable. The carpet and couch smelled filthy and needed cleaning, and the bathtub was gray—though I’m not saying it wasn’t cleaned, just that it’s an older hotel and that’s to be expected.

“Worst hotel ever!!!!”

Nothing to like do not stay here!!! Gross!!!. Booked room 1 month in advance got to the hotel and was told that they could not honor our reservation. The front desk person was very rude and the manager was not any better. Had to cancel and leave and then 2 days later the hotel charged my card for the room we did not stay in. The whole ordeal was the worst situation every dealt with. The hotel lobby was dirty and very stinky. Again do not stay here!!

Convenient location. It was outdated and smelled stale

The pillows and the staff! The breakfast food, poor cleaning, a/c filters were horribly dirty, shower water pressure sucked, and the rooms did not match what was posted online. I was overcharged for 12 days!!
