The place was clean and in a decent spot, well connected by buses, though they didn’t run on time; the metro was a short walk away, and the inter‑city train station was nearby. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

The staff were very helpful, but the walls were poorly insulated from the street and from each other.

The location and cleanliness were not bad, but the beds were very small, there was no water, coffee, and most importantly no slippers for the bathroom. There was also a bit of noise in one area, and we couldn’t open the window much.

I liked the location and the reception team – Sonia and Denisa were very polite and helpful. The room felt a bit small and the area gets very noisy at night because of a bar next to the hotel.

Tive uma ótima experiência no Hotel Pyramid. A cama é muito confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo e a estrutura do hotel é muito boa. As funcionárias foram sempre muito gentis, atenciosas e solícitas, o que fez toda a diferença. A localização também é um ponto muito positivo: fica perto da estação de metrô Piramide e da estação Ostiense, o que facilita bastante a locomoção pela cidade e também o acesso ao aeroporto. A região é muito agradável, com muitos restaurantes, cafés e supermercados próximos. Foi uma hospedagem confortável, prática e tranquila. Eu certamente me hospedaria novamente no Hotel Pyramid em uma próxima viagem a Roma
