Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The location was good and the big room had a large window and ample space, and the furniture was decent; however, we booked two rooms, and the other room was small, had no window, and one wall was slightly slanted, making it an average room that was still clean.

The staff were helpful and courteous, the rooms were clean, and I was happy with my stay at Treebo Sitara, Satara.

When we arrived to check in with a confirmed, guaranteed reservation, the receptionist told us the booking had been canceled without any notice; she first claimed we hadn’t made an advance payment, yet we never received any such request and the booking was secured with a credit card; then she said Treebo Group has a no‑foreigners policy, so we, as foreigners in India, were not allowed to stay; the policy led to the booking cancellation and a goodbye, but customer care performed at its best to help us, so avoid this Treebo brand if you’re a foreigner traveling or living in India.
