We were moved to Pousada Flores de Outono and the front‑desk man Leonardo was very helpful and efficient; he swapped our room to the first floor because the lodge has no elevator and we were booked for the second floor, even though we were elderly. The breakfast is very disappointing, going to Gramado and finding no local products, everything coming from the bakery is frustrating. The “scrambled eggs” didn’t even look like eggs, they were just a white fluff, and the cheese bread was soggy. The menu and product quality need a serious review.

The bed is good and comfortable, the shower is hot, but the room is small and breakfast is served in the room.
