They cancelled my reservation on the same day because the room was supposedly unavailable, yet when I booked it was confirmed as available and they refused to take responsibility, telling me to talk to customer care – completely irresponsible.

The owner himself was very polite, the staff were amazing, and the kitchen was neat and clean; we enjoyed our meals and celebrated my wife’s birthday there.
