The staff were incredibly friendly and knew exactly what they were doing—from the moment I checked in until I left. The restaurant served solid meals, the wine list was impressive and the cigar lounge added a nice touch, plus breakfast was decent. Only thing missing was a sauna on the premises.

The team here are consistently warm and helpful, and the breakfast was both nicely presented and tasty. With the sunny weather I could really enjoy the terrace, though the location right on the street meant it got pretty noisy in the mornings if you kept a window open. Overall a pleasant stay despite the sound.

Service was very courteous, and the building itself is attractive with great interior design. The shuttle to the hilltop Gupf restaurant was convenient and the dinner there was enjoyable. The downside was the cramped rooms and especially the narrow beds, which made sleeping less comfortable.

We only stayed one night, but everything ran smoothly and the hotel felt well organized. There really wasn’t anything to complain about.
